Refunds & Returns

We do not offer shipping. All transactions must be completed in-store at our Hatton Garden branch.

Refunds are available only if:

  2. The item is returned in the same condition as sold.

  3. Valid identification is provided at the time of return.

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.

Identification & Documentation
